Shipping Policy

At Svara– by Shri Balaji Jewellers, we take great care in packing and shipping your precious jewellery. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully before placing an order.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 6-7 business days from the date of dispatch (depending on your location). You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No hidden charges.

Payment Methods
We accept online payments only (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and Singapore. More countries will be added soon.

Processing Time
International orders are processed within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country. In some cases, delivery may take up to 7-21 working days.

Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of ₹1500 applies to all international orders. 

Payment Methods
We accept international credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed in INR. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee.

Important – Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees (Read Carefully)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are NOT included in your order total and are NOT covered by SvaRa.

- These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- The shipping carrier will collect these fees directly from you upon delivery.
- All consignments are shipped on a "Delivery Duty Unpaid" (DDU) basis, as is standard industry practice.
- We are unable to predict what these charges will be, as they vary by country. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
- Custom Clearance: All shipments of jewellery exported from India need to be cleared by the Indian Customs office. Your package may be opened for customs inspection and re-sealed with a label stating "Opened for Customs". This is a mandatory government procedure.

Secure Delivery Protocol (Important for All Orders)

Since our products are valuable, we follow a strict delivery process to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely:

- All parcels are packed in tamper-proof, discreet packaging with no external branding.
- We highly recommend that you record a clear, 360-degree unboxing video of your package. For any claims regarding damaged, tampered, or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory for processing your complaint.

Tracking Your Order-

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

- Registered customers can log into their account and view order status under "Order History".
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the courier's website.

Undeliverable Packages & Delivery Attempts-

If a delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address:

- Our logistics partner will make up to 3 attempts to deliver the package
- After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
- Re-shipping will incur additional shipping charges.

Change of Shipping Address-

- You can request a change of shipping address only if the order has not been dispatched yet.
- Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, address changes are not permitted.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including recipient name (exactly as on ID), full address, landmark, pin code, and phone number.

Delay in Delivery-

Delivery schedules can be affected due to factors beyond our control, including:

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Unavailability of recipient
- Natural calamities
- Government-ordered lockdowns or curfews
- Strikes, riots, or civil unrest
- Festivals or national holidays
- Customs clearance delays (for international orders)

We strive to deliver within the promised timeline, but we are not liable for delays caused by these external factors.

No Returns or Exchanges-

Due to hygiene and the nature of jewellery, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the order is shipped. Please review product descriptions, images, and size guides carefully before placing your order.

- In the rare event that a product is received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and unboxing video.
- All complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
